By downloading, installing, or using Tootem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. 1. THE SERVICE Tootem is a mystical collection and astrology entertainment app. The current feature set includes: 1.1 Collection and Box System • Open mystery boxes using virtual Keys to discover and collect items • Build collections across multiple categories (Zodiac signs, Elements, Planets, Spirit Animals) • Earn or purchase Keys to open boxes • Read prophecy writings revealed by collected items • Combine three same-rarity items into the next rarity tier via the Merge feature • Track collection progress and Tootem Power statistics 1.2 Astrology Readings • Daily, weekly, and monthly horoscopes for each zodiac sign • Sign detail pages with lucky number, lucky color, lucky time, and mystic box • Lucky Wheel for daily key rewards 1.3 AI Astrologer • Real-time AI chat with personalized astrology guidance • Daily message limits based on subscription tier 1.4 Premium Reports (One-Time Purchases) • Birth Chart: in-depth natal chart reading with personality, life path, love, career, and spiritual sections • Compatibility: full relationship analysis between two zodiac signs covering love, communication, intimacy, conflict, and ritual • Year Ahead: month-by-month forecast plus six life-area readings for the entire year • Name Numerology: destiny number calculation with love, career, names, days, and colors guidance 1.5 Subscriptions Three subscription tiers unlock additional content and remove ads: • Mistik: ad-free experience, daily horoscope, 3 AI chats per day, bonus lucky wheel spin, 1 daily Key (same baseline as free tier) • Astrolog: full horoscope detail, life-area readings, 5 AI chats per day, 3 daily Keys, birth chart analysis, monthly transit notifications • Kâhin: all premium reports, 10 AI chats per day, 5 daily Keys, monthly transit notifications, and access to every premium feature Subscriptions are available in monthly and yearly intervals. A 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers. 2. ELIGIBILITY • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account • If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian • You must sign in using a valid Apple ID, Google account, or registered email address 3. USER ACCOUNTS • You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account credentials • One account per person; creating multiple accounts to exploit free Keys or trial offers is strictly prohibited • You must notify us immediately at contact@tetrai.tech of any unauthorized account access • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms 4. VIRTUAL ITEMS, KEYS, AND CONTENT • Keys, collectible items, and AI-generated content within Tootem are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value • Virtual goods are licensed to you, not sold • Keys may be earned for free (daily key, rewarded videos, lucky wheel) or purchased • All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy • We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy (prices, drop rates, item availability, subscription perks, AI usage limits) with reasonable notice • For active subscribers, any material reduction to subscription perks (for example, lowering daily AI chat limits, reducing daily Keys, or removing a previously included feature) will apply only at the next renewal of your subscription. Your current paid period will continue at the perk levels you originally subscribed to. If you do not want the change, you may cancel before the next renewal through your Apple ID or Google Play account. 5. IN-APP PURCHASES All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at prices displayed in your local currency. 5.1 Consumable Key Packs • Single-use Keys credited to your account upon successful purchase • Used Keys cannot be refunded unless required by applicable consumer protection law 5.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends • Cancel any time through Apple ID > Subscriptions or Google Play > Subscriptions • A free trial, if offered, can only be redeemed once per Apple ID or Google account • See our Subscription Terms for full pricing, billing, and cancellation details 5.3 Non-Consumable Reports • One-time purchases of PDF reports (birth chart, compatibility, year-ahead, numerology) • Permanent ownership on your Tootem account • Can be regenerated at any time for changes in birth data or compatibility targets 6. RANDOMIZED ITEM SYSTEM (GACHA) • Tootem uses a randomized item generation system for box openings • Full drop rates are published in the Drop Rate Disclosure page within the App • Each opening is an independent random event and previous results never influence future outcomes • There is no "pity" mechanic or guaranteed drop 7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT AI Astrologer chat, horoscope readings, compatibility reports, numerology readings, birth chart interpretations, year-ahead forecasts, and monthly transits are generated by an artificial intelligence service. • AI content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only • AI responses are not medical, legal, psychological, financial, or other professional advice • You should not make important life decisions based solely on AI-generated content • See our AI Disclaimer for the full scope and limitations 8. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: • Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software • Manipulate or attempt to reverse engineer the random item generation system • Create multiple accounts to abuse free Keys, free trials, or rewarded video offers • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purpose • Interfere with the security or operation of the App 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content within Tootem, including artwork, icons, item designs, prophecy texts, horoscope copy, AI prompts, sound effects, music, the Tootem name and logo, and all software code, is the exclusive property of TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content in the App without prior written consent. AI-generated content displayed in the App is also subject to these restrictions and the AI Disclaimer. 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ABOUT SPECIFIC DROP RATES, OUTCOMES, OR THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY FEATURE OR ITEM. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, VIRTUAL GOODS, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. 12. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms. 13. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends and you must delete the App from your device. 14. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. 16. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 17.
