Last updated: April 2026 Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Tootem mobile application ("App") operated by TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Tootem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. 1. THE SERVICE Tootem is a collectible box opening game where you can: • Open mystery boxes to discover and collect items • Build and complete collections of mystical items • Earn and purchase Keys to open boxes • Read prophecy writings revealed by collected items • Track your collection progress and Tootem Power stats 2. ELIGIBILITY • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Tootem • If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent • You must sign in using a valid Apple or Google account 3. USER ACCOUNTS • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account • One account per person; creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms 4. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND KEYS • Keys and collectible items within Tootem are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value • Virtual goods are licensed to you, not sold • Keys can be earned for free (daily key, rewarded videos) or purchased via in-app purchases • All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or our Refund Policy • We reserve the right to modify the virtual economy, including prices, drop rates, item availability, and rewards, at any time with reasonable notice 5. IN-APP PURCHASES • All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store • Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the platform • You must be authorized to make purchases on the account you are using • Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies, or to us as outlined in our Refund Policy 6. RANDOMIZED ITEM SYSTEM (GACHA) • Tootem uses a randomized item generation system for box openings • Drop rates are clearly disclosed within the App before any purchase • Each box opening is an independent random event; previous results do not influence future outcomes • Full drop rate information is available in our Drop Rate Disclosure page 7. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: • Use cheats, bots, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software • Attempt to manipulate or reverse engineer the random item generation system • Create multiple accounts to exploit free daily keys or other rewards • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App in any way • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Interfere with the operation or security of the App 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content within the Tootem App, including but not limited to artwork, icons, illustrations, item designs, character designs, prophecy texts, sound effects, music, user interface elements, and software code, is the exclusive property of TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written consent. "Tootem" and the Tootem logo are trademarks of TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. 9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT Currently, Tootem does not support user-generated content. If this changes in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly. 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING SPECIFIC DROP RATES, OUTCOMES FROM BOX OPENINGS, OR THE CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF ANY FEATURE OR ITEM. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF VIRTUAL GOODS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. 12. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App. 13. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately, and you must delete the App from your device. 14. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. 16. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 17.
