COMMON ISSUES Missing Keys or Items If you purchased Keys but they have not appeared in your account: 1. Close and reopen the App completely 2. Check your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play 3. Wait a few minutes, as purchases may take a moment to process 4. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot of your purchase receipt Account Access Issues If you cannot sign in to your account: 1. Make sure you are using the same sign-in method (Apple or Google) that you originally used to create your account 2. Check your internet connection 3. Try signing out and signing back in 4. If the problem continues, contact us with the email address associated with your account Daily Free Key The daily free Key resets at midnight UTC each day. If you have already claimed today's Key, please return tomorrow to claim your next one. Box Opening Issues If a box opening appears to be stuck or incomplete: 1. Close and reopen the App 2. Check your inventory; the item may have been added successfully 3. If Keys were deducted but no item was received, contact us immediately with details In-App Purchase Refunds Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform: • iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Tootem purchase • Android: Open Google Play Store, go to your Order History, and select "Request a refund" For detailed information about our refund process, please see our Refund Policy.
