HOW TO REACH US Email: contact@tetrai.tech We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours on business days. COMMON ISSUES Missing Keys or Items If you purchased Keys but they have not appeared in your account: 1. Close and reopen the App completely 2. Check your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play 3. Wait a few minutes for the backend to verify the receipt 4. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot of your purchase receipt Subscription Not Activating If your subscription purchase succeeded but you do not see your premium features: 1. Open the Shop and tap "Restore Purchases" 2. Sign out and sign back in to refresh your subscription status 3. Verify the active subscription on your Apple ID or Google account 4. If still not active, contact us with your transaction ID Trial Did Not Show as 7 Days Free The free trial is offered by Apple or Google to new subscribers only. If you have used a Tootem free trial in the past on the same Apple ID or Google account, you are no longer eligible. This is determined by the platform, not by us. Account Access Issues If you cannot sign in: 1. Make sure you are using the same sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email) you originally used 2. Check your internet connection 3. For email accounts, use the "Forgot Password" flow 4. If the problem continues, email us with the email address associated with your account Daily Free Key The daily free Key uses a rolling 24-hour window from your last claim, not a fixed midnight reset. If you have already claimed today's Key, return 24 hours after your last claim. Subscribers receive a higher daily Key amount according to their tier. Box Opening Issues If a box opening appears stuck or incomplete: 1. Close and reopen the App 2. Check your inventory; the item may have been added successfully 3. If Keys were deducted but no item appears, email us immediately with details AI Chat or Reading Issues If the AI Astrologer or a premium reading does not load: 1. Check your internet connection 2. Verify your daily AI chat limit has not been reached (limits depend on your subscription tier) 3. Reload the screen with pull-to-refresh 4. Reading content is cached; if a generation failed, simply request the same reading again later In-App Purchase Refunds Refund requests are processed by the platform that took the payment: • iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com • Android: Google Play > Order History > Request a refund For details, see our Refund Policy.
