This document discloses every probability, cost, and mechanic that influences box openings. 1. WHAT IS THE BOX SYSTEM? Tootem uses a randomized item generation system, commonly referred to as a "gacha" or "loot box" system. When you spend Keys to open a Box, you receive a randomly selected item. The result is determined at the moment of opening and cannot be predicted or influenced. 2. DROP RATES All Boxes use the same fixed rarity probabilities, which total exactly 100%: • Common: 60% • Rare: 25% • Epic: 12% • Legendary: 3% The rarity is selected first using the above weights, then a specific item within that rarity is chosen with equal probability among the items available in that rarity for the Box being opened. 3. RANDOMIZATION GUARANTEES • Drop rates are identical across all Box types (Zodiac, Element, Planet, Animal, Category) • Each opening is an independent random event • Previous results have no effect on future outcomes • There is no "pity" or "guaranteed drop" system • A cryptographically uniform random source is used 4. BOX TYPES AND KEY COSTS 4.1 Specific Collection Boxes These Boxes draw exclusively from a single collection (for example, the Aries Box contains only Aries-collection items). 4.2 Category Boxes These Boxes draw from all collections within a category (Zodiac, Elements, Planets, Animals). Current key costs are displayed within the App at the moment of purchase. We reserve the right to update key costs with reasonable notice. 5. ITEM DISTRIBUTION Each standard collection contains 9 items distributed as: • 3 Common, 2 Rare, 2 Epic, 2 Legendary The Spirit Animals collection contains 15 items: • 6 Common, 4 Rare, 3 Epic, 2 Legendary 6. EXPECTED PROBABILITIES • Common: approximately 1 in every 1.67 openings (60%) • Rare: approximately 1 in every 4 openings (25%) • Epic: approximately 1 in every 8.3 openings (12%) • Legendary: approximately 1 in every 33.3 openings (3%) These are statistical averages. Individual results vary. 7. DUPLICATES AND MERGE • You may receive duplicate items • Duplicates increment the quantity counter for that item in your inventory • The Merge feature lets you combine 3 items of the same rarity into 1 randomly selected item of the next higher rarity 8. KEY ECONOMY Keys can be earned or purchased through the following channels: 8.1 Daily Free Key The daily free Key amount depends on your subscription tier: • Free tier: 1 Key per 24 hours • Mistik tier: 1 Key per 24 hours • Astrolog tier: 3 Keys per 24 hours • Kâhin tier: 5 Keys per 24 hours The daily Key uses a rolling 24-hour window measured from your last claim, not a fixed midnight reset. 8.2 Rewarded Video 1 Key per rewarded video watched, up to 5 per UTC day, at no cost. Available to free-tier users only. Subscribers (Mistik, Astrolog, Kâhin) do not see rewarded ads because all paid tiers are ad-free; they receive a higher daily Key amount through their subscription tier instead. 8.3 Lucky Wheel One free wheel spin per UTC day. Subscribers receive additional spins based on their tier. 8.4 In-App Purchase Multiple Key packages are available in the Shop. Prices are displayed in your local currency by Apple or Google. 9. NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES Opening a Box does not guarantee any specific item, rarity tier, or outcome. Purchasing Keys does not guarantee that you will obtain any particular item. 10. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE This disclosure is provided in compliance with: • Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Section 3.1.1 (Loot Boxes) • Google Play Store Developer Policy (Monetization and Ads - Loot Boxes) • Japanese Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations • Belgian Gaming Commission guidelines on loot boxes • Dutch Gaming Authority (Kansspelautoriteit) requirements for randomized paid items 11. CHANGES TO DROP RATES If we modify any drop rates: • Changes will be announced within the App at least 7 days before taking effect • This document will be updated with a revised "Last updated" date • Items already in your inventory are not affected 12.
