Last updated: May 2026 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Tootem mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Tootem, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, or use the App. 1. LICENSE GRANT Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to: • Download and install the App on a mobile device that you own or control • Use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment 2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS You may not: • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App or any AI-generated content displayed within it • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the App • Rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or your license • Remove or alter proprietary notices • Use the App for any commercial, unlawful, or harassing purpose • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App 3. VIRTUAL GOODS AND DIGITAL CONTENT The App contains: • Virtual Goods: Keys, collectible items, Boxes, prophecy writings, lucky wheel rewards • Premium Content: subscriptions (Mistik, Astrolog, Kâhin), one-time PDF reports • AI-Generated Content: chat messages, horoscope readings, compatibility analyses, numerology, birth chart, year-ahead, monthly transits Rules that apply to all of the above: • Licensed to you as part of the App experience; not sold to you • No real-world monetary value, no exchange for real currency • Cannot be traded, sold, or transferred between users or off the platform • We may manage, modify, suspend, or eliminate any virtual goods or content with notice where reasonable • Your access ends immediately upon account deletion or App discontinuation • We are not liable for any loss of virtual goods or unfinished readings 4. IN-APP PURCHASES • All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store • Drop rates for randomized items are published in the Drop Rate Disclosure • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your store account (see Subscription Terms) 5. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS • You must be at least 13 years old • You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account • One account per person 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, materials, and elements within the App, including artwork, icons, illustrations, character designs, prophecy texts, horoscope copy, sound effects, AI prompt engineering, software code, and the Tootem name and logo, are the exclusive intellectual property of TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws. 7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP, ALL VIRTUAL GOODS, AND ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TETRAI YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJI BILISIM VE ILETISIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, VIRTUAL GOODS, OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED USD ($100). 9. TERMINATION This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination: • Your license ends immediately • You must delete the App from your devices • Access to virtual goods, subscriptions, and AI-generated content ends • No refunds are provided for unused virtual goods 10. GOVERNING LAW This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. 11. CHANGES TO THIS EULA We may modify this EULA at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. 12. SEVERABILITY If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. 13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This EULA, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Subscription Terms, AI Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Drop Rate Disclosure, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the App. 14.
